• Yes, InnerWork has devised a fabulous creative team building event that is loosely inspired by the popular TV show, Project Runway.
• For corporate teams, however, the primary focus is to challenge your teams to communicate & collaborate on a series of fun, creative tasks that lead them to engage in a dramatic performance that pits them against other teams for a Grand Prize. Here’s how it works.

Pick Your Theme

Working with your senior InnerWork facilitator, your firm will choose how to theme this event.

• Popular themes include: showcasing the power of cross functional collaboration; working together to make our customers (and us) look good; unleashing our potential to delight our customers, and much more.
• We have seen our clients come up with some very creative themes to engage their teams in a performance competition, and let their creativity rip!

Challenge Your Teams

Your leader issues the themed challenge to your teams, and your InnerWork facilitator provides special guidelines and criteria for how teams can dive in and win the Grand Prize.

• Each team receives a host of really cool fabrics, fashion accessories and professional grade costume production assembly supplies.
• Teams also pick two models who want to “strut their attitude on the catwalk”, and a Team MC (Master of Ceremonies) who will share the team’s specially created, themed “runway pitch” as their models take their turn on the catwalk.
• A panel of Judges (usually made up of a few senior leaders) circulate and observe each team’s chaotic but purposeful execution of the creative preparation assignments.

The Competition

When the teams are ready, the house lights come down and the Runway music kicks in.

• Runway models and their team MC’s take their turns on the catwalk in a fabulous display of team creativity and entertainment that is just priceless!
• Expect your Team MCs to have really boffo “pitches” and the models to be right in sync, movin’ & groovin’ on the catwalk to their MC’s messages.
• Each team will bring the event theme to life in stunning color & theatrics as each team vies to win the Grand Prize.
• Your judges (seated alongside the Runway) may be hard pressed to decide the winner (once they stop laughing long enough to confer)!
• The winning team will take to the stage again to reprise their “pitch and walk” and everyone will celebrate the whole group’s marvelous display of team creativity on demands.
